OBAN One Year Limited Warranty

OBAN warrants, to the original consumer only for one year from the original retail purchase date, that it’s golf shafts will be free from defects in materials or workmanship, provided the shaft has not been altered, misused or abused, or damaged through neglect. Should a shaft defect occur, OBAN will replace the defective product through the authorized OBAN Dealer it was purchased from, with the same or similar product, upon return with verified proof of purchase. The warranty is automatically voided if any pull-out and / or reinstallation of the product has occurred or any other tampering from the product’s original state.

OBAN’s warranty policy is to work through the shaft installer, either the Equipment Manufacturer or authorized OBAN Dealer who originally assembled the Club, to initiate the warranty process and determine if the shaft qualifies for replacement.
